Stonebeauty Preservation Ltd is a design and build company based in Southwark, working across South London and Westminster. We have over a decade of experience in building and home renovation, and are members of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB).

Design and build under one roof
With in-house architectural support, we can take your project from first drawings to finished build. You deal with one team throughout, so the design and the build stay joined up, with fewer delays and fewer surprises. Where a project needs it, we work alongside surveyors and structural engineers.

. What we do

• Design: architectural drawings and plans for extensions, loft conversions and renovations

• Internal work: loft conversions, house extensions, kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, plumbing, electrical work, plastering and decorating

• External work: roofing and fibreglass (GRP) roofing, brickwork and pointing, rendering and concrete repair

Clear, honest pricing
After a survey, we give you a clear, detailed estimate before any work begins. Our estimates take your budget into account and reflect the work being done, with no hidden extras or nasty surprises.
