Our Building Services in South London and Westminster
Stonebeauty is a design and build company based in Southwark, working across South London and Westminster. With in-house architectural support and our own team of trades, we can take your project from first drawings to finished build.
Every project starts with a visit to discuss your plans. We then give you a clear, detailed estimate and an expected timescale before any work begins.
Design and Architecture
Our in-house architectural support means we can draw up plans for extensions, loft conversions and renovations, and advise on planning and building regulations. Design and build stay with one team, so nothing gets lost between the drawings and the build.

Plumbing and Electrical
Our team includes Gas Safe registered engineers and qualified electricians. We carry out everything from full house rewires to smaller jobs like replacing spotlights, sockets and switches, as well as electrical inspection and testing. On the plumbing side, we handle all types of domestic installation and maintenance, from connecting new extensions to the existing supply to cold water storage tanks in the loft.
Plastering, Painting and Decorating
We provide skimming, replastering, ceiling repairs and plasterboarding, followed by interior and exterior painting and decorating. Whether it's finishing an extension or loft conversion, refreshing a home, or repairs to a rented property, we deliver a clean, high-quality finish.
